These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use the SubscribeIPTV website, request a free trial or buy a plan from SubscribeIPTV (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. The service

SubscribeIPTV provides access to live TV channels and on-demand movies and series streamed over the internet to compatible devices through third-party player apps. Each plan covers one active stream at a time unless we agree otherwise in writing. The channels and titles available can change over time and may vary by device, app and location.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a plan. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate.

3. Your login

• Keep your login details private. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your subscription.
• Don’t share your login outside your household, and don’t resell, rent or redistribute the service or your credentials.
• If you think someone else is using your login, contact us so we can secure it.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service for personal, non-commercial viewing and in line with the laws that apply to you. Don’t record, rebroadcast or publicly show content from the service, try to get around technical limits, or interfere with our systems or other customers.

5. Plans and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars on our website and at checkout.
• Each plan is a one-time payment for its full term of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Plans do not renew automatically.
• Your plan starts when we activate your login.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A price change never affects a plan you’ve already paid for.

6. Free trials

We offer one free 24-hour trial per person or household. We may decline or end a trial if we see signs of misuse. A trial ends automatically and never turns into a paid plan.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Availability and quality

We work to keep the service reliable, but we can’t promise uninterrupted or error-free streaming. Picture quality and stability depend on things outside our control, including your internet connection, your home network, your device and the app you use. We may carry out maintenance that briefly affects the service.

9. Third-party apps and devices

Player apps such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate and IBO Player Pro are made by independent developers. We don’t make, sell or control them, and any fees they charge are between you and the developer. Device makers and app stores have their own terms.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access, without a refund, if a login is shared or resold, if the service is misused, or if these Terms are broken. You can stop using the service at any time.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll change the date at the top of this page when we do, and the updated Terms apply to purchases and use from that date.
