- Orders: when you buy a plan, our checkout provider collects the details needed to process your payment. We receive order information such as your name, email address, the plan you chose and the amount paid. We don’t receive or store your full card number.
- Setup details: for some devices, such as smart TV apps and MAG boxes, you may send us a device MAC address or device key so we can link it to your subscription.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time of each request. These logs help keep the site secure and working properly.
